Joyful Mirror Service Agreement and privacy Policy
This Software License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "This Agreement") is signed by you and Sichuan Panzhi Network Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Joyful Mirror"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the "Joyful Mirror" software (hereinafter referred to as Licensed Software). By downloading and installing the Licensed Software, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Licensed Software and destroy all copies of the Licensed Software. Joyful Mirror reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and notify you by Posting it on the Joyful Mirror website without notifying you separately. The amended agreement shall come into force upon public announcement. If you continue to use the Licensed Software after the terms of the Agreement are modified, you shall be deemed to have read and accepted the revised Agreement.
Definition

I. Licensed Software: refers to the software system developed by Joyful Mirror for you to download and can only be installed and used in handheld mobile terminals (hereinafter referred to as handheld terminals).
Joyful Mirror Service: the service provided by Sichuan Panzhi Network Technology Co., LTD. You can use Joyful Mirror software services on handheld mobile terminals through licensed software.
Scope of authorization

1. You can only use the licensed software in a handheld mobile terminal. Without the written consent of Joyful Mirror, you may not install the Licensed Software on other terminal devices, including but not limited to desktop computers and laptops.
Ii. After installing the Software, the licensed Software or the data released in any handheld terminal during the operation of the Licensed Software or the interactive data between the handheld terminal and the server during the operation of the licensed Software shall not be copied, changed, modified, connected to run or created any derivative works. The form includes but is not limited to the use of plug-ins, plug-ins or unauthorized third party tools/services to access licensed software and related systems.
Iii. Joyful Mirror has the right to change, upgrade, modify or transfer the Licensed Software and its related functions at any time in its sole discretion, and to develop new functions or other services in the Licensed Software system. Unless a separate agreement is attached, this Agreement shall still apply to the provision of all new functions and software services mentioned above.
Iv. You need to log in to the licensed software with the account number and password you obtained when using Joyful Mirror services. Joyful Mirror will only confirm the identity of the user of the licensed software based on your account number and password. You should properly keep your account number and password, and be responsible for their use or loss. You should immediately notify Joyful Mirror of any unauthorized use of your account and password or any other security issue. Joyful Mirror shall not assume any responsibility for the consequences arising from the above situation.
V. The licensed software is downloaded and obtained by you from the free download platform. You shall comply with the provisions on the ways and restrictions of using the licensed software. Once you are confirmed to have violated the provisions, Joyful Mirror has the right to terminate the license to you.
Vi. Joyful Mirror licenses the Licensed Software based on this Agreement instead of selling the Licensed Software to you, and you may use the Licensed Software only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Joyful Mirror reserves all rights not expressly granted.
Specification of use

You may not use the Licensed Software in the following ways:
1. Engaging in acts that violate laws, regulations and policies, destroy public order and good customs, and damage public interests.
2. Rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble, publish, publish and establish mirror sites of the relevant information of the licensed software without authorization, and develop derivative products, works, services, plug-ins, add-on, compatibility and interconnection related to the licensed software with the help of the licensed software.
Iii. Access or use licensed software through third party compatible software or system not developed, authorized or approved by Joyful Mirror and its affiliates, or use plug-ins and plug-ins for licensed software not developed, authorized or certified by Joyful Mirror and its affiliates.
Delete the copyright information and content on the licensed software and other copies. Modify, remove or circumvent any technical measures in the application product that Joyful Mirror has put in place to protect intellectual property rights.
5. Without the written consent of Joyful Mirror, rent, lend or sublicense the Licensed Software to a third party, or use multiple licensed versions simultaneously or separately after obtaining the licensed use of an upgraded version of the Licensed Software.
Copy, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of the Licensed Software or any part thereof.
Vii. Conduct any behavior endangering information network security, including using licensed software to damage or destroy licensed software in any way or make it unable to run or overload or interfere with the use of licensed software by a third party; Enter another person's computer system without permission and delete, modify or add stored information; Intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses or other acts that damage or interfere with normal network information services.
8. Use licensed software to publish, transmit, disseminate or store content that infringes other people's intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights, or engage in illegal and criminal activities such as fraud, embezzlement of other people's accounts and funds.
Ix. Add, delete or change the functions or operation effects of the licensed software by modifying or forging instructions, data and data packets in the operation of the licensed software, and/or disseminate or operate the software for the above purposes to the public through information networks.
X. Otherwise use the Licensed Software in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
You understand and agree that:
I. Joyful Mirror has the right to make a unilateral determination as to whether you are suspected of violating the above terms of Use, and to suspend or terminate your license or take other restrictive measures according to the unilateral determination, without your consent or prior notice to you.
Ii. Joyful Mirror has the right to delete any information posted by you when you use the Licensed Software that is suspected of violating the law or infringing the legal rights of others or violating this Agreement without notifying you.
Iii. In case of any damage to any third party caused by your alleged violation of the above terms of use, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities in your own name and ensure that Joyful Mirror is free from any loss or increase in expenses caused thereby.
Iv. If you are suspected of violating the relevant laws or the provisions of this Agreement and cause Joyful Mirror to suffer any loss, or be subject to any third party's claim, or be subject to any administrative department's punishment, you shall compensate Joyful Mirror for any loss and/or expenses incurred thereby, including reasonable attorney's fees, investigation and evidence collection costs.
Third party software or services
1. The Licensed Software may use or contain software or services provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "such services"), which are set up for your convenience and are legally authorized by such third parties. This Agreement does not grant you any right to use the Services, nor does it provide any warranty of any kind for the Services.
Ii. When you use such services, you shall separately enter into a service agreement with such third party, pay corresponding fees and bear possible risks. Joyful Mirror does not provide any form of customer support for these services, if you need to obtain support, please contact this third party directly. Any dispute arising out of your use of such services shall be resolved between you and such third party without any liability of Joyful Mirror.
Iii. The Licensed Software is only currently used or included in such services. Joyful Mirror does not guarantee that the Licensed Software will be used or included in such services in perpetuity or that it will not use or include the same or different type of software or services of such third party or the software or services of other third parties in the future. Once Joyful Mirror uses or includes the aforementioned software or services in the Licensed Software, the corresponding software or services shall also be subject to this clause.
Iv. If you use the Licensed Software while using the Services, you authorize Joyful Mirror to transfer information about your use of the Licensed Software to such third party, or to obtain from such third party information provided or generated when you register or use the Services.
V. You agree that your use of such Services in accordance with the agreement with such third party is a condition of your performance of this Agreement in good faith. If such third party confirms that you have violated the provisions of the agreement between you and the third party regarding the use of such services, Joyful Mirror reserves the right to suspend or terminate the license or take other restrictive measures that Joyful Mirror may take against you without any liability without checking with you about the confirmation.
License fee
1. Joyful Mirror will provide you with various value-added services with licensed software according to the development of market and technology. Joyful Mirror has the right to charge licensing fees and other related fees for licensed software and value-added services. Before starting to charge, Joyful Mirror will notify you of the specific charge rate in an appropriate manner, including but not limited to the announcement on the Joyful Mirror official website and the software. You have the right to choose to accept or reject the fee. If you choose to reject the fee, you shall immediately stop using the licensed Software and/or value-added services. If you continue to use the licensed Software, you shall be deemed to have agreed to pay the relevant fee.
Ii. You shall pay the license fee in full within the time limit notified by Joyful Mirror in the manner accepted by Joyful Mirror. Joyful Mirror shall have the right to terminate the software license to you and recover the loss and/or compensation in accordance with the law if you fail to pay the license fee or the payment is insufficient.
3. Your free trial of the licensed software prior to Joyful Mirror's notice shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the right to charge. We reserve the right to charge you at any time upon notice.
Privacy policy and data
I. You agree that personal privacy information referred to in this Agreement refers to the information that can effectively identify your identity or relate to your personal communication, including your name, ID number, mobile phone number, address, IP address, UDID, etc. However, the status and usage habits of your licensed software are not included in the Joyful Mirror server.
Ii. The licensed software does not contain any handheld mobile terminal data or malicious code to obtain your privacy information, and will not monitor your use of the terminal or disclose your personal privacy information.
Iii. Joyful Mirror will keep confidential your personal privacy information provided or formed by using the licensed software. Unless otherwise agreed herein, Joyful Mirror will not disclose your personal privacy information without prior notice.
Iv. You authorize Joyful Mirror to disclose your personal privacy information for the following purposes:
1. Comply with laws and regulations or comply with legal procedures required by judicial authorities for Joyful Mirror;
2. to protect and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of Joyful Mirror and its affiliates;
3. Protect the safety of Joyful Mirror and its affiliates or its users or the public in case of emergency.
V. After the termination of this Agreement, Joyful Mirror has the right to continue to retain your information, but Joyful Mirror has no obligation to provide such information to you in any form.
Special authorization
You fully understand and irrevocably grant Joyful Mirror and its affiliates the following rights:
1. You grant Joyful Mirror and its affiliates an exclusive, universal, perpetual, free license (and the right to sublicense this right on multiple levels) to use the data and data information provided when using the Licensed Software. In addition, Joyful Mirror and its affiliates have the right (in whole or in part) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and display all of your data or make derivative works thereof and to incorporate such information into other works in any form, media or technology now known or developed.
Ii. Once you make any kind of commitment to Joyful Mirror and/or its affiliates, and the relevant companies have confirmed that you have breached the commitment, Joyful Mirror has the right to immediately restrict your license and other rights and interests that Joyful Mirror can control in the manner agreed in your commitment or agreement. Including suspending or terminating your license and publicizing your breach confirmed by the relevant company. You understand and agree that Joyful Mirror is not required to check the facts with you or otherwise obtain your consent for such confirmation, and Joyful Mirror shall not be liable to you for any restrictions or publicity.
Iii. Once you violate this Agreement or other agreements signed with Joyful Mirror, Joyful Mirror has the right to notify Joyful Mirror affiliates in any way and require them to take restrictive measures against your rights and interests, including but not limited to requiring Affiliates to suspend or terminate part or all of the services provided to you. And publicize your breach on any website operated or actually controlled by it.
Iv. The Licensed Software has the right to use resources such as handheld mobile terminal processors and wireless networks when necessary for purposes such as allowing other licensed Software users to contact you. This consent may affect your experience of use and/or expose you to unpredictable risks, which you agree to bear at your own risk.
No guarantee and no limitation of liability
I. You expressly agree that you are solely responsible for all risks arising from your use of the Licensed Software.
Ii. Except as expressly provided by laws and regulations, the Licensed Software is provided "as is" and "available", and Joyful Mirror makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Licensed Software, including but not limited to its suitability, absence of errors or omissions, continuity, accuracy, reliability and fitness for a particular purpose. At the same time, Joyful Mirror does not make any commitment or guarantee as to the validity, accuracy, correctness, reliability, quality, stability, completeness and timeliness of the technology and information involved in the Licensed Software.
Iii. Joyful Mirror shall not be liable to you or any third party for interruption or non-operation of the telecommunications system or mobile phone network, technical failure, computer error or virus, damage or loss of information or other damage of any nature arising from reasons beyond Joyful Mirror's reasonable control.
Iv. The use of licensed software involves wireless network services, which will be affected by unstable factors in all links. If the licensed software cannot be used normally due to force majeure, hacker attack, system instability, your location, your handheld mobile terminal being closed, illegal information content, or any other network, technology, communication line, information security management measures, etc., you agree to bear the above risks by yourself, and Joyful Mirror shall not assume any responsibility.
V. In any event, indemnity for any personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with any of the following:
